Mobile, 2 April 2015—Continental Motors Group Ltd, an AVIC International Holding Corporation company, announced to held technical seminars during the AERO 2015 in Friedrichshafen, Germany. These seminars will provide a wealth of information to owner pilots, pilots and mechanics that are flying with or maintaining Continental Motors engines, both AVGAS and Diesel. Along the seminars Continental Motors will exhibit its full range of engine products and global services in hall A3-211, including a refurbished Cessna 172 with CD-155 jet fuel engine and Garmin G1000. This aircraft illustrates perfectly the needs expressed by flying schools around the world.
Maintenance experts from Continental Motors provide the seminars from Thursday to Saturday on a wide range of topics. They also will be available on the booth to talk to pilots and mechanics on a one to one basis throughout the show. Continental Motors will hold five different seminars during the show:

How to save money and increase the life cycle of your engine by observing the proper operational procedures. How to care for your engine; detect the first signs of trouble, maintenance and operating tips and tricks.

Thursday, 16 April 2015, 15:00 - AvGas Engine Ignition System Service and Maintenance
The ignition system or your engine is essential to smooth operation. Discuss simple maintenance procedures and how to set the magneto for optimal performance. When is it time to have a close look at the ignition system. How old are your mags?

Friday, 17 April 2015, 10:00 - Continental Motors Engine Operation and Flight Management
Learn about the proper leaning procedures, how to manage your engine temperatures in flight and make sure that your engine will reach its TBO.

Friday, 17 April 2015, 11:00 – Continental Gas Engines: Exploring Your Options as Your Engine approaches TBO
What are the differences between a factory new engine, a factory rebuilt engine or an field overhauled engine? What do you get in these cases and why do the prices vary?

Saturday, 18 April 2015, 11:00 - Continental Motors Diesel Engine Fleet Equipment and Service Improvements
Fleet operators are always looking at improving the dispatch rate of their aircraft and to lower their total ownership and direct operating costs. You will learn more about the improvements that are possible by retrofitting Diesel engines on conventional engine equipped aircraft. Details will be provided. The seminars will take place at AERO, Conference Center East, Room «Rom».
